Online Marketing Manager
About You:
The successful candidate for our new and key Online Marketing Manager opportunity will have hands on experience and expertise in online marketing direct to consumer. You will own all aspects of online marketing and brand management, including the company website/storefront, SEO, advertising, affiliate programs, and social media. This is an amazing opportunity for a builder and creator with a successful track record and proven results.
Responsibilities:
�?� Starting from a blank canvas, you will create and implement the plans, formulas and tools to deliver online sales numbers while optimizing our acquisition costs
�?� Launch relevant campaigns to deliver results, course correcting as necessary
�?� You will strategize, create, deploy and manage our affiliate program(s)
�?� You be accountable for the strategy and hands on delivery of both our outbound and inbound (SEO, Social Media) advertising as an expert user of Google and Facebook
�?� You will manage optimization and track metrics ensuring and planning for maximum conversion
Qualifications:
�?� You have 3-7 years of hands-on proven success delivering amazing results through online marketing to consumer sales
�?� While being strategic and creative, you are exceptionally comfortable using your analytical skills, and tools geared to: a/b testing, metrics platforms, and other campaign management and optimization
�?� You are active and passionate about social media
�?� Your years of experience make you very comfortable with HTML, Wordpress and Photoshop
�?� You most likely have a relevant under graduate degree in business, computer science, marketing �?? other disciplines with experience will be considered
�?� You are a well-rounded individual with both a strategic and tactical skills and abilities
�?� You are highly disciplined and organized
�?� You have thrived before in entrepreneurial environments, where the impact of your efforts are felt immediately and continually
