Job Description
The ecommerce marketing manager primary responsibility is to drive online sales.
Responsibilities include:
Continually review sales metrics to determine trends and opportunities.
Continually optimize search performance for each product.
- Exhibit a high level of expertise working with multiple data sources (site analytics, media, email, transactional, traditional media, etc.) to analyze performance of campaigns and marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvements
Define and manage optimization tagging including web, email, online display media, etc., to ensure continuity across tracking and reporting
This position will own the success and improvement of online sale.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters preferred.
Certified Usability Analyst or equivalent usability training.
Certification in SEO or equivalent SEO training.
5+ years experience in website production with a very firm grasp of website fundamentals, including HTML, content management, dynamic page generation, personalization, and Web
2+ years experience analyzing web traffic and ecommerce metrics, including funnel analysis.
2+ years experience driving ecommerce traffic with SEO.
Excellent command of current website optimization tools and techniques.
Outstanding ability to solve business problems with website solutions
