Description:
Fire-Dex, LLC , a premier manufacturer of fire fighter gear, has an opening for a Product Marketing Manager to help develop and drive business strategy and introduce innovative new products to continue the pattern of extraordinary and profitable growth. This key position reports to the President and CEO and is located in our Medina facility. We are looking for a top 1% individual who is a strong leader and has a successful history in Product Marketing.
Responsibilities :
Key responsibilities include product management, marketing, rationalization, promotion, and strategy for all Fire-Dex product lines. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with other leaders to develop and implement growth strategies to drive product profitability, volume, mix, market share improvement, and prices. This role has primary responsibilities for product and brand awareness, communication of product capabilities, all product promotion development, and strategic pricing.
Develop programs and new product introductions that are linked to the strategy to achieve our vision of being the premier protective gear company. New Product introductions, on the forefront of the life-cycle, are to be the norm of Fire-Dex and the life-blood of our extraordinary growth in sales and profitability
Qualifications:

Strong business acumen and visionary to create long term value and EBITDA growth
Minimum of 7 years of Marketing or Product Management experience
Fire-Industry or cut-and-sew industry experience a strong plus.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering, (MBA preferred)
